We all know the benefits of a good walk. But your dog gets so much more than just exercise and fresh air. In the great outdoors, they form bonds with other dogs, experience being part of a pack and get to explore new and exciting places. Spending time with another human outside of the family also encourages independence, a bit like going to school - but for dogs!

 

Being indoors all day can be very boring for pooches, and while they appreciate a degree of routine, too much of it can get monotonous. If they visit the same park everyday, they may lack mental stimulation. Most dogs need excitement as well as exercise to thrive!
